Suspicious packages discovered near Waterloo Station, London City Airport and Heathrow Airport, police say

Suspicious packages were found Tuesday near Waterloo Station, London City Airport and Heathrow Airport, UK counter-terror police said.

The “small improvised explosive devices” were discovered in postal bags, the Metropolitan Police said.
