Homeland Security appeals Rene Lima-Marin’s immigration court win, further delaying his possible release
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has appealed the immigration court decision that would have freed Rene Lima-Marin, the man mistakenly released early from a prison sentence who rebuilt his life, went back to prison, won a pardon from the governor but remains incarcerated pending resolution of this latest round of legal proceedings.
